I have emailed you about payments on xeno i have been billed over and over again email me back im sick of paying for a program i DO NOT use. Reoccuring payments are through PayPal, you have to cancel them through PayPal. There's several threads about this with instructions of how to do it but in case you failed to use the search function, follow these steps.

FYI, money withdrawn from your bank is actually money pulled out by PayPal and sent to XenoBot. There's no option to pay via bank transfers here. In the future, go through the company that's handling your payments, especially if they're automated payments, because there's typically a super simple way to opt out of payments (i.e. its a lot easier to opt out via PayPal than to contact merchants).
