Im trying to transfer one ingame to sell and have all qualifications except the last one where it says: Having one month of active premium time left for every scroll to be transferred. Does it mean I'll need at least 1 month of premium time already?

For each 30 days you transfer into scrolls, you must have 30 days premmy activated. You can't use "the same 30 days" to transfer 2 premmy scrolls into game.

Basically, if you have 61+ days prem, you can transfer 2 scrolls into game. If, the next month, you want to transfer another 2, you must buy another 60 days prem and activate them, then you can buy 60 more days and transfer them in game.
