this guy is a scammer :/ he "send" to me money, via bank transfer, telling me it wasnt possible to get them back, and asking for 290 ed, i told him "i will give it to you when i see cash in my hands" and now he say that he cancel payment... that does not look so trusty :P

it's kind of impossible yes.
I needed went to bank fill in some papers, and pay 5% of transfer ...
