[HELP] Any advice how to reduce lags & CPU Using

Try Options > Graphics > Advance, change Graphic engine to DX5 and framerate to 35-40~.

I've always wondered about the Graphic Engine options.. What's the pros & cons of each?? Why do you recommend DX5 instead of DX9?
