The only reason he refunded the payment was because he knew he couldn't send the funds to another PayPal account. He didn't even defend himself when I accused him of being a scammer. He couldn't verify that he owned the character and he took a long time to respond to my queries (probably because he was trying to figure out ways to get the money out of the account).
