I go either Rorcs or regular Orcs outside Orc Fortress at that level. You might have to wait a few more levels with that eq though, in which case I'd be doing minotaurs, either in Kaz or Mintwallin. A lot of people go would go Shadowthorn, but at least on my server its so crowded that you'd be better off in a fucking troll cave. I also switch to two handed weapons at level 50. Its more economic and you'll be switching to The Avenger eventually anyways so shielding is not very important.

Check the price of Nose Rings on your server. If its 200k+ your lvl 23 can get 10k+/h doing the minotaur task in Kaz. And you can keep hunting the tower until lvl 50.

13 glooth bags counting as 0 (1k each on my world), GMP, GHP, GSP counting as 0, and that's just 1 hour of hunt. If we will count these items, you made ~10-12 profit after 1 hour without any luck. Seriously.. :D

Darashia Dragon Lords on SD is best but mad waste also. Water elementals is very nice since pretty easy and good exp. Deeper Lions rock can be useful as well its good exp and good profit but a bit more dangerous :)
