If you only care about exp and can afford waste you should probably sd something like dragon lords in Zao for example.

Brimestone Bugs should be safe and empty most of the time (I made around 650k/h at that level).

Glooth Bandits is great exp (I made around 850-900k/h at that level) and insane profit, but it's very popular so you might have to bot at night. Although it might be better than the alternatives even when there's two of you sharing. You also need both rings and amulets to bot here (at least with my script) at this level, but their cost is insignificant in comparison to the loot.

Oramond Eastern Minotaurs will probably get you similar stats as you're currently getting, but I think it should be less people and you can collect roots of vote points if you don't already have those.

Goroma/Talahu Serpent Spawns should probably net you around 550-700k/h (I don't remember exactly). You'll profit even with SDs so this is a very easy script to make, you'll not see much variance between different versions. I haven't hunted here enough to judge how popular it is though.

Vengoth North will probably give you slightly worse stats than you currently have (when alone), but there's probably a better chance of being alone there (personally I've never hunted there though).

You're a bit too low level for Oramond West and Lizard City where you can break 1kk/h, but it's pretty close.

Outside OF is for sure better profit than Forest Furies. Check also Mintwallin, POH Cyclopes, Dark Cathedral, and Shadowthorn.

There is nothing better than Kazordoon Lost Dwarves (15-25k/h+), Corruption Hole -1 (15-20k/h+), Drillworms (15-30k/h+), or Minotaur Plain EAST (hardcore, but you can get more than 40k/h).

Whether you waste or not at that level has nothing to do with where you hunt and all to do with how you hunt. Just set your magic shooter to stop using attack spells at a mana percentage that is higher than your threshold for drinking mana potions and you will profit almost anywhere. Also, use Apprentice's Strike instead of the regular strike spells. Depending on where you hunt some exceptions can be made for dangerous monsters.

Carlin Drags, Venore Drags, PoH, Coryms, maybe Drillworms. You'll have to make your own script though. No one makes Paladin facc scripts for that level.

I'll just throw out some ideas, hopefully someone else can chime in too: gs island surface, gs island quaras/bogs, svargrond quara scouts, edron bog raiders, dara DLs. I'm guessing these could all be botted as long as you find a decent script and adjust the support/shooter settings appropriately. Though you might want to be careful with dara DLs, especially if you hunt the center part.

At this lvl u can easy go for crocs / tarantulas task, for carniphilas wait to get 30 lvl weap and u will make a nice profit there :) Ive got 4x Carrot and 1x Bait from 3 tasks, so its like 500k+ profit on my world.

As Juva said, making Tarantula tasks is really good idea. Using soft boots on your level is not worth at all. Try: Port Hope Tarantulas (Tarantulas task), Port Hope Dworces, Barbarian Camo MEDIUM, Port Hope North (Crocodiles task), Inukaya Chakoyas.

I want to task. Was thinking about Mutated Rats with Tiger or Wailing Widows with Lacer Beetles but I'm not sure if there's an easier or better tasks to do at my level.

What about Killer Caimans? Most of scripts I found are for lv80+ when you can't task anymore and wiki page says that a LV60EK would be fine at Killer Caiman Cave. I can't really test myself now since those are paid scripts and I'm afraid to buy before being 100% sure.
Also, at my level should I just go straight to the Dwarven Legs instead of Zaoan?

It will be really hard to get 6kk per month on your level, anyway you should try Lost Dwarves.

At this level you should be making around 20-30k profit/h at Drillworms as Janado suggested, so if you bot 8 hours a day, 30 days a month you should be at around 5kk gold per month :) Lost Dwarves, Hidden Lizards (maybe a bit lower profit) should be fine as well.

Exp isn't exceptional either, certainly worse than OOF. In my experience the best spawn for profit at the low 50s is Rorcs (assuming you actually sell the creature products to NPCs).

You are wrong, you will make much better profit on your RP. You should try Ghastly Dragons, Drakens, Zao Palace, Goroma Demons, Oramond Catacombs, or Formorgar Mines (for example Yakchal Floor). It's harder to get there, better go to Catacombs. Don't forget to start task before hunting Ghastly Dragons.

On your level it's easy to make profit, check: Corruption Hole -1, Corruption Hole -2, Minotaur Plain EAST, Drillworms, Kazordoon Lost Dwarves, Forbidden Lands Hydras, Vandura Wyrm Cave, Formorgar Mines -5, or Hidden Lizards.

You should try POH Cyclopes (better exp, and cash), Mintwallin, Thais Orcs, Thais Cyclopes SOUTH, Kazordoon Minotaurs, or Kazordoon Dwarves.

As I wrote in the previous post, I already tried POH cyclopes and I didn't even reach 2k/h.
I also forgot to mention that Dwarves in my server are not worth it since the iron ore's price is really really low.
Would minotaurs be good even though the nose ring's price is also really low (100k)?

Yeah, Minotaurs are droping good loot (a lot of stackable items, and wand of cosmic energy from minotaur mage), you can also try Rorcs near Orc Fortress.

If you want solo hunt, you should go Deeplings, Glooth Bandits, Seacrest Serpents (hunting 1 by 1), Vengoth. If you want team hunt, you should try something easy (because you don't have enough mana to exori gran/exori), for example Lizard City, Hardcore Deeplings, Hellspawns (mostly for profit), Old Fortress, Glooth Bandits.

You should make similar exp on Deeplings ZOO, Yalahar Nightmares, Yalahar Quaras (hardcore), Vandura Wyrms or Drefia Wyrms. In my opinion the best possible exp on your level, you will make hunting Sea Serpents South (both floors).

Quara Grotto is really nice place, but since it's released for free, it's also very crowded. If you are looking for less popular place, you should check: Glooth Bandits SOUTH, Glooth Bandits WEST, Gnomebase Hot Spot, Vengoth North, or Goroma Demons (hardcore), and if you are playing on low popular world, then you can try Old Fortress, or Glooth Bandits EAST.

Don't go Hive Surface, if you are under 130-140 level. It's really easy to die there. For now, you should find some queit place, depending how rich you are, but I suggest you to check Forbidden Temple (you don't need any quest to get there).
