And if they can prove that you're lying in court you will not only pay a shit ton of money but you can also get jail time for lying under oath. Trying to lie about something that is so obviously wrong is just stupid, they can easily search enough information to prove that you atleast have created one account at some time. Even your statements found here on xenobot forums will work as good proof since you only need to convince the jury.

I'm no investigator, I'm just a law school student, yet I find enough to be able to build a case. I'm not saying that CipSoft will do this, it's a lot of time and resources but I know I would if I had a company that someone tried to scam me of money and had the law on my side ^^

99% sure they won't persue this in court.
Not only will they have to have a representative in my country, they will have to take time to fight the battle which is not worth 100euros to them.

Of course they could and if I get a letter sent to my home address (which I'm never at) I will pay the full amount of whatever I owe, but that's not gonna happen ;)

Anyway, I don't know where you live but almost any citizen of any country can get summoned to court if your government doesn't tell the charging country otherwise, and the losing part of the "battle" have to pay both sides costs :p

Wasn't ment to start a discussion but I'm sure CipSoft will change this as soon as they figure out that botters are doing this. However, good luck getting your account unbanned my fellow Tibian botter :D

no hate bruh <3 but you really sound like a cocky 8 year old kid whose play toys are missing or stolen. You act childish and make this ridiculous claim backs at ur credit card. I guess that won't work cuz your credit card company will surely interrogate the other side, cipsoft, to this case. And if they explain the whole thing that you actively violated the tibia rules and you just do this cuz u are mad of your deletions then they will close the case and NOT allow you to charge back.

I got my cash back from previous 2 chargebacks (30 euros~) from them already, thats why I opened these ones.
I'm not mad at all that my accounts got deleted. Some were even sold and then got deleted which I've also done a chargeback on.
Your reputation isn't ruined at all. But they will have to send someone over to my country since I don't have a valid passport, therefore I cannot travel abroad. If they send letters threatening to take action, I will cancel the chargebacks, refund them the money. It's not worth the hassle over 100 euros.

Any account that has a charged back service on it that has already been used will be suspended until a new payment is made to cover for the unpaid but used service. Furthermore, accounts where such payments are charged back will not be able to use credit card as payment method any longer. That block is permanently.

Yeah, I got deleted for "Advertising the sale of gold in game". Sent about 5-6 emails always nothing we can do but I had bought a lot of premium for the account (Was facc when they deleted me). But the answers I got was basically go fuck yourself even though it was obvious it wasn't me, since I logged on once a month for like 15 minutes at a time.

My delete list is sooooooooooooo looooooong : about 15 character on 300++, 5 on 400+, and 2 on near 500 ;=]. In last day Cipsoft delete my 351 rp. I used xeno last on this character 8 months ago, rp was only in depo :>

I've done succesful chargebacks on tibia for years, if you really think Cipsoft are going to get a lawyer to pursue all the chargebacks they get instead of just calling it a loss (not really a lose when your only making straight up profit from "tibia accounts") your going to be one of the most pathetic lawyers ever. Hey maybe you can work as cipsoft's lawyer and chase all these cases and all these countries, let me know how u get on proving lies on tibia in court... Jesus christ I've been to court for serious matters, lied, and got off fine. If I got a letter summoning me to court for Tibia I would piss my pants with laughter, but that just would not happen for too many reasons. CIP isn't afraid to do new things, until it burns them. So this trick won't last for long if it did at all. They will understand when people are sending them emails formatted the exact same way so OP should have probably kept this to himself.

For instance though I was sharing a character with my old friend when Premium first came out. Char name was Lady Winter an old school char on Antica, he was Beta aka Lordhero. He moved Lady Winter to my account "Sir Dan" and let me play on her as she was like 10 levels higher than mine with a few more distance and at this time level 45 was pretty elite. He decided he didn't want that anymore, or he wanted my whole account at a point and changed the password, no recovery key's at this time. I had no way of getting it back as email was also instant change at this time. I emailed them my receipt for purchasing the premium on the account and stated I had lost my password, could they reset it. They did it for me as Premium was nearly brand new and were in a gussy mood I guess. A few days later after he got his time to complain they posted to the website they'd not be resetting passwords based on whom had purchased the account. He never got my account, with his character back.
