The main purpose of Xenobot is to hunt. So if that goes away, then leveling/looting/making-money is out the window. Xenobot needs to be fixed to allow a more secretive/stealthy way to hunt, ASAP. Or I am going to cancel my subscription.

Could some moderators look into the whole situation? It seems way bigger then usuall :/

If you were deleted or banished, you have the option to dispute it. Have you guys tried that? It should be available on your account page.

I sent an email to [email protected] when I was deleted and they investigated. But my case was different than you guys, lol. Seems like most of you are being deleted while you were AFK botting. That, you probably won't win, no matter how nice of an email you have.

Try simply sending an email asking them to investigate it further. Perhaps use this as a template to begin your email:

You can try using the trick I did before here. I've updated the post with an example email. Don't copy it word-for-word... Just start with that template and go from there. That is very similar to my initial email to CipSoft regarding the deletion of one of my accounts last year.

EDIT: Oh, and don't add any specific details. Just keep it simple. Give it a shot. @wallnut

You're not getting it! I don't want to dispute it, and I shouldn't have too. I'd just prefer to create a new account, but if it gets deleted in 2 days what's the point? Xenobot needs to be fixed, so that my account won't be flagged and deleted. Read some of the other posts in this thread before you start responding because I'm starting to repeat myself.

Same here. I bought XenoBot about 10 days ago, for a first time, and what a surprise - I created 8 new accounts in this period of time, and of course, all of them got banned. I spend a lot of time to figure out what's wrong with my scripts and after this I stopped afk. Yesterday and today my 2 accounts was deleted on my eyes. Nobody was around, nobody sent a message, bot was doing standard exp loop - just logout and delete. Good to hear that i'm not alone with this problem.

Botted on a highrated Ban area, didnt knew intill after, guess thats why i got deleted.

Botting on my mains in a "hidden" place for like a month now, every Day even under x2 exp, so Its much about where you bot,

As I said i think Cipsoft "spectating " place where is known as botting place right now, so find a hidden spot or wait untill, this banwave stops

Sausting, I'm using custom made scripts in places like svar barbs, ph tarantulas, ph coryms, ph lizards, ab trolls. Botting from ss to ss, then alternating chars.

So you are the author of the scripts you are using, without presenting your code (for open critique) you blame a service that allows you to construct the complicated script.

Also you think you can bot 23 hours a day without problems? you don't think thats slightly inhuman at all?

Well, believe it or not but I've been botting from ss to ss for almost a year now without fail, until these recent updates by cipsoft; and even if I wasn't botting as much, I'm pretty sure I would still be deleted. And, I'm not the only one who is having this problem, just read some of the other posts in this thread.

I'm not sure why I'm being hit with so much hostility, but if you don't have anything positive or constructive to say, then don't say it.

This conversation is slow going nowhere. You're not getting it. I'm talking about multiple accounts, old accounts, new accounts. Have you actually read this thread (go back and read some of the other posts)? Many other people are experiencing the same problems.Everyone keeps directing the conversation towards me, and pointing fingers at what I'm doing wrong, and not looking for a solution.

Here is a list of what other people are experiencing.

Floxy: i got deleted on 10 accounts yesterday
Adky: I got deleted on a level 25~ facc knight.
and a 55~ pacc knight
Crown Royal: Had 4 open yesterday, and they got banned. Had another 3 open today, and when I returned, I got banned on those. so 7/13 accounts banned now. If you guys are dumb enough to bot for couple weeks, and get banned, its on you. This is my warning post, lmao.
Falkoswjazd: lost 50 knight 2 weeks ago,50 knight a week ago 100 knight today what's wrong with xenobot?...
Tamer: It is not only Xenobot users its windbot users aswell. I know several guys using different bots and still getting deleted. I don't know if Cipsoft did something with their detection system but theyre banning way more accounts now and it is unsafe to bot.
Zlorrek: i got banned 72/100 accounts witin 3 days so far... 20 of them was 150+ 20 was 100+ and 32 was 50-100.... Hate Cip ._.
I guess we arent able to safe bot anymore, made new char yesterday just for check, and poof 2day got deleted at lvl 25
Redrum: 304 rp 145 ms and 130ek all deleteed yesterday
Me: I have the same problem, 5 accounts deleted this week. I have been using Xenobot for a while, and occasionally an account gets deleted, but nothing like this. Made 2 new accounts, and in 2 days they were deleted. Level 20-30+ chars.

I am just thinking it's wierd that i got deleted and so many else, and you are saying that you botting SS to SS and not getting deleted. Smells BS as i told. So don't expect else when everybodyelse getting banned and deleted lol.


Yeah indeed change has to be done, but much of the deletions has to do with this x2 exp week and bad hunting places, but always been a bit like this way tho.

i cant be bothered to continue with you because you dense and not getting it. Botting 23 hours a day every day will get you banned. I lost 4 accounts created at the same time when I left one of them on 24 hrs training dawnport. The other 3 accounts were not being used like that but were deleted at the same time.
In case you missed it, botting 23 hours a day every day will get you banned.

I too used to bot ss to ss with 3 knights per account to never run out of stamina, but as time progresses i prefer not to lose the accounts to pure stupidity.

I'm not dense at all, but your suggestions are worthless. I've been using my strategy for months/years without any problems, and even if my strategy sucks then there are 10+ other people in this thread who have been implementing their own 10+ strategies and we are all failing. So either everybody's strategy sucks or xenobot sucks. I'm leaning towards the latter you pompous dickhead. Thanks for this meaningless banter which has accomplished nothing but infuriate me.
