Lottery Setup:
The lottery will have 200 tickets (give or take 5 as the process of handing out tickets will not be fully automated, and I'll have to do some by-hand counting).

Actually you can:) Just transfer the hat to Calva, make from 0 lvl 8 on calva and transfer this 8 lvl from calva to inferna/dolera:)

It can be done but it requires 2 transfers to do so :(.

What he means is if all tickets are sold before the date then he will draw early.

Atleast thats my understanding of it.
