Lottery Setup:
The lottery will have 200 tickets (give or take 5 as the process of handing out tickets will not be fully automated, and I'll have to do some by-hand counting).
The ticket numbers are assigned chronologically. There will be no choosing of tickets, as I'll automatically pull transactions from the database and order them by date.
Tickets will be $12.00 each. This makes sure that I'm able to pay all of the taxes and fees on the cash and still have enough to sponsor the lottery.
There will be one ticket per account. If you want to buy more tickets, you must make more accounts.
The draw will be done live on stream. I'll write a program to do the draw and do it live on stream.
Tickets will stop selling on Friday, August 8th. Or whenever 200 have been sold.
The drawing will happen soon after all tickets are sold.
No XenoBot staff is allowed to enter.

Actually you can Just transfer the hat to Calva, make from 0 lvl 8 on calva and transfer this 8 lvl from calva to inferna/dolera
