Thank you, @Aydin and @Luls.
All of the recommendations I make are merely places to start, as I mention in pretty much every closing note.
Hopefully it will at least give you an idea of what to look for. There are many alternatives available. If you decide you need further advice, let me know. Previously, a member made the mistake of changing some of the components without first asking me and ended up seeing crippled performance due to the fact that it wasn't able to support his monitor's resolution.
Just keep that in mind. Not sure how "tech-savvy" you are, but I've seen people make this mistake far too often.
@J.Dre
I'm really not at all, so I'll keep all your recommendations in mind. Thanks again.
If for gaming, this is the build guide in budget http://pc4u.org/best-gaming-pc-build-under-500-dollars/
@J.Dre , not sure if this has been asked but difference between windows 7 and 8? Any pros and cons you know of between the 2?
Just so everyone knows, if you don't already: Anyone with Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 will be able to upgrade to Windows 10 for free during the first year of its release. But after 12 months, you'll likely have to pay like $49.99 or something to upgrade to it (permanently).
@J.Dre
after long considerations , I came to the conclusion but would appreciate feedback as well .

If you money to spend, stick to the i5 and get a decent PSU too. Change the 760 for a 290x or a 970
It´s my girlfriend ones haha :D but @xux she wants to build an own one or upgrade the old case :P she likes to build new things. Can you tell me a cheap created computer then which has quite oke power ? and what about my first pic?
Hmm well that depends on what you wanna do with it. The first one is oké, a bit outdated but nothing really terrible.
About the one for your GF well again depends on what you wanna do with it and what your budget is.
Tho what you might do is give your old pc to your gf and build a better one yourself :p
but then again i dont know what you/she want to do with it.
It depends on your budget really. Pairing a 760 with a i5 4670k/4690k is pretty stupid. A friend made me and a few other friends do this 2-3ish years ago when we know nothing of computers. He really screwed us over, he got everything wrong.
Anyway, the 760 & the corsair VS series are outdated and no longer sold I believe. Where did you find a 760 for sale? The PSU is fine, it's good enough. Case is fine too.
What's your budget? 800-900$? What about a hdd and ssd?
First, pick a graphics card, a 290x or a 970 and build a system around that.
hdd probably gonna be a 1 TB western digital of some sorts and no ssd ( unless you know a cheap one ) but I can't figure out how it performs or how it changes my pc .
Budget is about 800 $
and Im gonna play some CPU-intensive games such as CS;GO or Guild wars 2 so an overclocked processor of 4.2GHz is a must and I just wanted to get whatever graphics card but anyway that road seemed blocked . I dont have many options maybe the 280x and that would kill my budget anyway .
Whatcha think
I gave my 760 i told you about to my brother, he paired it with a pentium g3258 and he sits at 120-150 fps on CS:GO.
I'm not saying you should get a pentium, you shouldn't, but I don't think you need the 4690k but if you get it, you dont need the hyper 212 evo.
As for motherboards, you can get like a 50$ one.
You can get a 290x for 300$ and the i5 for 215$.
60$ ram g.skill dd3 4x2 2133mhz, 50$~ psu corsair cx600, 50$ hdd seagate 1tb, 50$ case, 75$ motherboard. More or less 800$. For a case, I suggest looking at Fractal, NZXT and possibly Corsair. As for motherboard, idk. If you can squeeze out a little more money, buy the hyper 212 evo.
I was looking to get 4460 i5 but in the near future the i5 as a total will be outdated so getting a K processor is a wise investment and the 4670k is the i5 top notch so if I am gonna buy anything I am gonna get it , It servers the purpose for years to come . I am gonna try and get the gtx 970 and try and squeeze a little more money for the other stuff . God help me Im going broke :D
@kolibal,
I would recommend you wait until the end of the summer before purchasing anything unless you absolutely need something now.

Skylake is set to debut. A new socket type (LGA 1151) is replacing LGA 1150, which is what you'd be buying now.
I am aware of that but you gotta understand that Anything new will be way overpriced here in Egypt so it's not an option really as my budget will be well on it's way sky high so I gotta consider other options . What do you think about a suitable build with 4690k for the above reasons i mentioned.
and how did you do in exams ? :D
I won't know how finals actually went until Monday or Tuesday, but I expect fairly well. Thank you for asking. :) And yes, you're in Egypt - prices will be high and it will probably be a while before you even have access to such new stuff.
Anyway, your build is adequate but I put together a build for approximately what want to spend around: $800? I'll try to put together a good system for around that price.
- Computer Case: Sentey® Gaming Case Optimus Gs-6000 Plus [+$60] (Amazon)
- CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K (6MB Cache, up to 4.0 GHz) [+$215] (Amazon)
- CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO [+$35] (Amazon)
- GPU: ASUS Graphics Cards STRIX-GTX 960 with 2GB GDDR5 [+$200] (Amazon)
- Motherboard: ASUS ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 [+$165] (Amazon)
- PSU: EVGA 500W 80 PLUS Certified [+$40] (Amazon)
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (1x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz [+$62] (Amazon)
- Hard Drive: WD Black 1TB Performance Desktop HDD [+$70] (Amazon)
Sub-total: $847 (with SSD).
Taxes: Unknown
Notes: I would recommend you start with these specifications and go from there. The motherboard I chose has great reviews, offers great reliability, and has an outstanding 5-year replacement warranty. The CPU cooler is something you'll definitely want. The GTX 960 is way better than the 760, and totally worth the extra cost.

I appreciate the reply but some of the Hardware you posted isn't in Egypt such as The MOBO and some parts are way overpriced when multiplied with usd factor here so it's just not within my price range .
think I'm heading in a direction of i5 4460 + gtx 960 and cut back on some other things
The i5 4460 is a 4 core CPU and it isn't weak, it's a good choice. Replace the 960 with a 280x instead for more performance. @kolibal
If anyone else would like some advice, feel free to ask.
The new GTX 980Ti has finally launched. And as predicted, it is a re-branded Titan X with a much better price tag & less VRAM.
Really thinking about buying a new desktop this autumn, wonder how long we have to wait til AMD drops the 300 series.
I will probably buy the 290x for a reduced price, seems to be performing similiar to a gtx970 in the benchmarks..
@J.Dre , running on an old wins 7 laptop, got a notification from Microsoft offering free upgrade to wins 10. Do you know if this is actually going to be a FULL free version? Had a few friends receive the same notification too.

The R9 Fury X comes out on top in every single one of the following benchmarks. However, in a number of games, the result is much closer to a tie. And based on what we know of the 980Ti’s and Titan X’s performance, substituting the 980Ti with a Titan X will not do much to close the gap. Granted the Titan X will edge out Fury X in a handful of the tested games, but that’s not going to be enough to change the outcome.Fury X would still end up with more wins than losses.

Price starts at a competitively set $649 with the 980Ti.
You may also want to checkout their other Radeon R9 series products, like the R9 NANO, which performs better than the R290x.
The only sad thing about AMD´s new top notch series is that it only surpasses nvidia cards in 4k. Other benchmarks for "normal" gaming are not as much in AMD´s favor..
Budget: 500-600€
I want a gaming PC with high performance as possible with that money
( Not included for mouse/keyboard/Screen)
Reasonable high performance will be around 800-1000 euros at least. Processor (100-200 euros (i5 series)) - Ssd (250gb 90-130€ - 500gb 170-200€) <-- would recommend it, but it is not a 'need' - HDD 3TB (120€) - At least a videocard of 2GB (120-200 euros) <-> 4gb (200-400 euros) -RAM(8gb ~ 40-60€ --- 16GB ~ 100-150€) - Motherboard (90-150€) - Power supply at least 600W (20-120€) - Case (Mid tower (40-120€) Full tower (90-200€))
