I appreciate the reply but some of the Hardware you posted isn't in Egypt such as The MOBO and some parts are way overpriced when multiplied with usd factor here so it's just not within my price range .

That's almost always a problem - the price difference. You should get a quad-core CPU for sure, and go for a good motherboard.

Having too weak of a CPU is pointless with such a GPU. You'll experience throttling.
