Disputes cause the fees that vendors pay to go up, so by raising one you're doing little more than costing him money. Overall, if that dispute doesn't end in a certain way, you could end up costing him considerably more than the whole amount of revenue you might make him. You signed up for the recurring payment two times. You can check out your recurring payments in PayPal: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=paypal+recurring+payments
All recurring payments are 100% handled by PayPal, there's literally nothing here from XenoBot's side except maybe not making it clear that you'd signed up twice.
