Starting to get worried that this issue is being ignored :/. I love xeno bot and what darkstar created I just want this issue resolved it's been 11 days now
Here is proof that i was charged twice @DarkstaR @Joshwa534 @jo3bingham @Aydin @Elvang
The only person who can deal with this is @DarkstaR and he hasn't seen the thread yet.
You signed up for the recurring payment two times. You can check out your recurring payments in PayPal: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=paypal+recurring+payments
All recurring payments are 100% handled by PayPal, there's literally nothing here from XenoBot's side except maybe not making it clear that you'd signed up twice.
Yeap you are right I just haven't seen that before so I was little thrown off. But I was would like to state I was charged twice but I only got 30 days of xeno time :/ @DarkstaR
It's undefined behaviour what happens when a payment is made for the same subscription twice? I mean, the subscription may exist twice for the Paypal side of things, but it smells to me like there's a bug with your account system which doesn't recognise the second payment or just fails to act on it... Or are you going to tell me Xeno makes your botting twice as efficient if you double pay?![]()
You cannot fail, so I'm lowering the standard.
Well this is what happen when i checked my xeno time on xenosuite it only said 30 days left that was the after January 10th then i checked the next two days and it kept going down so I never saw the new time added in. And now I can't check on xenosuite on how much time I have left because this is what i get when I click xenosuit
And I don't know of another way to check how much time I have left.
So I'm neither guessing or pretending, I'm just confused

Should be right at the top in the 'Active Subscriptions' area.
