I'd say somewhere around 320-330+ with 105+ in skills and the ultimate weapon like Shiny blade or something. You'll also need full Ornate set + maybe Depth calcei.
I saw a significant change on my waste from level 244 to 283. I think that your waste will be quite low after a long run with the requirements above and maybe even profit if you're lucky with the loot
