Good job on making the service for free, it's a way to learn, although to be honest if you've been doing this for 3 years I would think you would be doing something different.
By the way, you're saving your work as jpg, why in the hell is that? start saving them as png, and remember that layer styles like drop shadows or bevel and emboss/outer glow etc isn't everything to it, sometimes less looks better.

Thanks for the advice, I'll start saving as .png ive seen our graphic service, you've done some sweet stuff, its always nice to get some advice from someone with experience and when I said 3 years earlier in my thread, i meant ive had photoshop for 3 years, i havent used it much just for casual stuff :P it was only about a year ago i started trying to design but i dropped it for a while and then i got back into it a couple months ago and opened this up

Oh okay btw in my opinion imgur or minus.com are much better than imageshack, and easier/faster to use.
