If you look below each character, it says what level he started using that character. =] Most of his accounts do not have more than 3 botted characters since that wouldn't be efficient.

I see, but I'm wondering if its safe to create three new accounts on my own IP with my own/random name and then bot them at the same time. But I guess it's ok then?

Contrary to the popular beliefs of many, creating multiple accounts on the same IP address will not get you deleted. Just like running characters for 24 hours non-stop also will not get you deleted. People think that they need to stay online no longer than 'x' amount of hours or they will get deleted and that is the most incompetent bullshit I've ever heard. Let me ask one question and I'll let you brain do the rest, if Cipsoft was monitoring character online times why wouldn't they just monitor account online times? Some people believe 18+ hours of online time equates to a deletion, some say its 8+ hours, some say its 12+ hours. This is all false and doesn't make any difference, players like Xiaospike have accounts that never go offline for the span of several months.

C = Character

(C*8 hours)*3C = 24 hours
24 hours * 30 days = 720 hours
720 hours / 3C = 240 hours

240 hours is the exact amount of online time Xiaospike's characters have if you do a search on any one of his characters via Guildstates, Pskonejott, etc etc.

So at whoever thinks online times matter, why doesn't Cipsoft monitor account-wide online times? They have the power to do it, so why not? This in turn makes any accusations false about character-only online times, hence the introduction of stamina. Stamina, in a sense, monitors your online time per character as much as they need it to and thus I strongly believe that simple things such as this do not equate to a deletion. Back to the topic of IP addresses, it is no longer a breach of their rules to have multiple accounts. In fact, it is no longer a breach of their rules to have multiple accounts online at the same time, Tjured has postedon this issue before. As Cipsoft introduced their flash client, they knew running multiple clients and being online multiple accounts/characters at the same time was now possible legally.

I hope this clears up of the some of those theories in which players believe will cause your account to be deleted.
