It depends on what you said, I know you said more than "new owner", since this has nothing to do with supporting rule violations.
CipSoft has a 5 minute record of the conversation, before and after the reported message ("new owner").

You probably have said something like:
12:00 You: go get a
12:00 You: new owner
This would violate the "supporting rule violation" rule.

So, until we know what exactly you said, you won't win any complaints.

If I were you, if you're polite enough, I'd ask CipSoft by email for the full recorded conversation
