great exp you can get at sea serpents (probably waste at your level), dragon lords darashia/fenrock/zao, wyrms lb/drefia, okolnir frost dragons, lich hell, gs island, quara hell. if you want profitable places, just ask me.

Hey, so i am now botting at zao killer caimans, but it's often taken. Is there any other place i can get as much profit and comparable exp? (~~100k exp/h without bonus and ~~10-15k/h cash)

You might want to check out Treasure Island Zombies, it's always empty on my server, making around 95-100k exp/h and 16k profit. But fi you decide to give it a try just check the cave first if it's empty ;p Someone might be already using that script.

@Nakuu I am sure i will. Just tell me if it's higher gp/h when looting halberds and steel hemets, or just gold and brains?

I think it's better to loot helmets and halberds for more profit but it might be a bit annoying at lower levels because you'll have to buy a lot of Treasure Maps I think it's around 15k profit while looting all and around 5-8k with just gold and brains.
