Nibelor Crystal Spiders (good exp, and great profit), and at 130+ you can change to Hrodmir.

Exp I recommend -1 Cemetery. Depending on luck, you can make good money too. I think it's a great spot for pallies.

I heard (though never tested) that lizards in mission 7 of new frontier are okay? Or Isle of strife? For money making, not great exp. Or you could go sea serps south just the first floor.

Muggy Plains, Hidden Lizards (?), Hydras (Preferably Forbidden lands spawn), Drillworms (If you want to be left alone and make decent profit), Fenrock/Zao dl's (You'll brake even most of the time)
