Have you tried PH Water Elementals? They are the greatest for MS of your lvl range. Don't forget your helmet of the deep though + glacier set (optional)

I haven't tried them out yet as I'm still doing the necro task but WE were the only thing i could think of but I was sorta negatiev towards them since they're always full arent they?

Best time obviously would be right after server save. I remember when that spawn first came out, it was empty for a good month or so. Got my ED from 50-->120 in no time!
