You can go to fibula rotworms or cyclops or mount sternum undead cave.
Which character?
Bot the level 30 at shadowthorn for MM & the 38 on Thais cyclops for EXP (North Spawn is more exp while the South Spawn is less waste)

Yes, you can with some waste. Although, I would suggest going Amazon Camp or Thais Undeads for less waste (Less EXP aswell)
