Where to bot lvl 265 EK and 196 MS? Need 2 places, 1 for exp and 1 for loot. Thanks.

EK - Hive/Deeplings/Formorgar Mines -5 for loot, New Lizard Chosens for exp.
MS - Vampires Drefia for loot, Yalahar Quaras, Vengoth West&East for loot&exp, Forbidden Land Hydras for exp

Chosens are way too hardcore for 185 EK You can try Deeplins / Drillworms / Formorgar Mines / Okolnir instead.

I would advise you to take the tarantula task then hunt in the tarantula cave in port hope else you could go ankrahmun terramites both is good profit and exp

As Nakuu said it's too fucking hard place for you, but you can get great exp for example on Okolnir (botting whole Island), or Formorgar Mines -5.
