Why I got ban?

"Trying" doesn't make you criminal I think there was someone who got unbanned AFTER scamming someone because he gave the money back, he didn't even get any money so dunno how it can be called 'scam'. But well, not my forum, not my rules.

So, if I'm trying to break into your house, but fails, I'm not a criminal? Yes, "trying" does make you a criminal.
