The only requirement is that I make as much money as possible. I'm shooting for 1kk/day.
I've got two knights this level so I can run it almost every hour of the day between more than one character.

Preferably less popular spots. I don't care I can make a script for anywhere.

Also, for a noob knight. Say, starting from scratch, quickest way to 100? Popular spawns are out of the question, curious to see what kind of interesting, out of the ordinary, spawns people hunt. Thanks~

For your 250+ EKs I suggest Formorgar Mines -5, or Hidden Spawn, or Brimstones Lizard City, or Hive NE Tower. And about new knights, you will hunt them at FACC or PACC?
