I also have facc paw collectors running 24/7 in thais. Got about 80+ bear paws this past week (4k ea.) And this was without selling any yasir, or addon items. (About 30 red poc this week too.)

Thanks! Honestly don't even know what the profit was. I think I used like 250-350k in gp for the full stamina, but the boh and red poc basically pay for that. Everything else is profit + soul stone ofc.

Won it on acution for 1.2kk actually, I usually see people seling yala houses for about 4-5kk so I guess i got lucky haha. And i'm using STS drefia necros. Might still be on his thread when he released them all, not sure.

LOL wow. I have wood avenue 4 in edron and a house in liberty bay as well. So i think I'm gunna keep my yala one and sell my edron one for like 500k. I put my max bid for 2.5kk also cuz I honestly expected it to go higher. But damn 10kk..

Yeah. The only cities with available houses left on my server are carlin, ankh, kazoordoon, and those little shit-shacks in liberty bay. Even svargrond is completely taken. So houses sell for a lot
