Everyone's body is different, just because a routine works for someone doesn't mean it'll work for the next person. All you really need to do is the most basic lifts to see where you're strong at and where you're not. Once you've find that out, go and try a few exercises for that muscle you're lacking and pick the ones that feel the most natural to you. There are reasons why there are different grips and forms for the same exercise, it gives you another way to work out that muscle without being uncomfortable, or because it works out another muscle.

Yeah but the thing is with the wrist I cant put any weight on it except when its being totally straight and even that hurts, I have to option to get a needle with cortisone @wrist in april

Can't explain whats fudge with the wrist either a leading-string or some kind of tissue something (half baked guesses from doctors since its hard to know exaclty what it is)

Anyways either of those they said it will take a long time to heal 6months more/less due to the low circulation of blood there
