Well, he simply told me that only 5 people know on Tibia how to get them, he is not going to tell me, I can buy the house with them if I want.. Another owner of them told me to figure it out myself

Is there any mini world change or w/e in free account cities? Something that will bring a change, and only then they will appear.
Secondly I think u gotta cut them off with a obsidian knife or something.

no they are always there. I'm not entirely sure if only once per ss or once per floor reset. But they are always at the same place

EDIT - @DarkstaR Looking at the items dat information, it doesn't have a non-hung counterpart. That is the item, it doesn't have the hangable flag. Actually, it doesn't have any flags. I don't think Cip meant for it to be moved, but it can be. That's why, in the picture, it's "hanging" on the open door and the ladder. It's just the top item of the tile below the door/wall.
