I just downloaded the new Xenobot and it won't start. What do I have to do to fix this?

I have followed the advice by another forum user that was posted here:

I have ran MalwareBytes and AVG on my comp and there was no viruses + my machine was imaged about a month ago so I am pretty confident there are no viruses or dodgy shit on my computer.. Does CloudFlare not like New Zealanders?
