You can use the tibia client options to set the FPS to 15. If you want to set it below 15 you have to use this tool.

that why im using windaddons, i can make setup client to 1 fps and in game its running with max fps

i dont have anything against you or any other programer that gives tools to the community, however i think the tools should be verified and compiled or upload by @DarkstaR again i doubt that its a hack tool, and if i ask the source you will send and ill compile it, however theres a few threads of executable files on the forum and i find it odd, to not see any moderator or darkstar checking this files and posting the verified link, after all its hes forum @_@

So @sausting I read Chrome is implementing a new system so their policy may have changed on how to detect issues.

I'll just compress the file and update the link. Please tell me if that works for you
