Did you know that if you open the looter window and right-click it that you can change the skinner tool options? I believe there's an option to sit there and wait for the corpse to be skinnable, an option to not wait but skin the skinnable corpses as the bot sees them and a third option to disable it entirely. I might be mistaken but I figured some sort of response to your post would be better than nothing.
