    Why do Xeno teams die?

Just wondering why Xenobot started teams die so fast or don't work out for long term?

It seems as though a community like this would be able to pull together and dominado a server.

I am starting up again, after a while of not playing and am just looking for a good place to transfer my char from Dolera to a open pvp server to level and eventually transfer back.
-Just wondering the community believes that this hasn't worked out..

If you transfer from Dolera to open pvp you can't transfer back, lol

My guess is that it's because the Xenobot community is relatively mature and with maturity comes responsibility and responsibility leads to being AFK or offline... This mixed with not actually knowing the team members for long enough to learn their habits and online/offline times makes for a bad mix which leads to arguments and perceived inactivity. The recipe is just not good.

Also, please don't private message me asking for help if I have replied to a thread, I would much rather you Quote or @Mention me asking the question so the answer can be public.
