I think they are targeting people who bot like you, people that bot on multiple accounts. Ofcourse they would prefeer to ban your accounts rather than for example my account because I only bot like 30% of my play time on 1 single account. And you have probably many reports on all of your botters and this might be linked to your IP? So CIP can see how much a specific IP has been reported.. or something :P Just speculating
