Well, I live on Argentina and currently im playing an US server. My ping is kinda low because im far from hoster and im gonna buy a tunnel for test. Which program do u recommend? Because i saw a lot (Battleping, WTFast, etc). I'd appreciate your help. Thanks

You can try Leatrix, other than that, go to an EU server.

Most tunnels have a 20 - 60 minute free trial you can try before they will disconnect you. I recommend trying a few out before you decide to buy one BUT TRY THEM OUT ON A NOOB ACCOUNT THAT YOU DONT CARE ABOUT INCASE YOU USE A DODGY PROXY THAT STEALS YOUR ACCOUNT DATA.
