My thoughts about mass acct deletions (why you get several accts banned at once)

I'm a noob and know very little, but I believe computers have specific identifications that are linked to their hardware (whether it be hard drive or motherboard, I don't know). I'm pretty sure that's the case though. Anyway, I think cip is probably collecting this information, so they can delete multiple accounts at once. It would also explain why some people are deleted within a day or so after starting new accounts.

Obviously, I could be totally wrong. However, I thought I would share this with you just to see what you thought.

The client would have to read this information and transmit it to the servers, there is no such information being sent, and no code in the client reading this information.
DarkstaR would be the first to know, other than CipSoft, if they ever implemented client-side detection.

The reason noone knows exactly how their detection works is because it's 100% server-side. Unless CipSoft gives us a tour, willingly or not, noone will ever know for sure.

I actually read that darkstar or someone else that could dig in the client like him. That like 2 or 3 client updates ago (patches). Cipsoft added in some new info gathering about what graphic card etc we are using.

    Thats obviously not the case.

They are doing like they used to do long time ago, manually check and banning botters after receive reports.

Plus, they obviously save your IP and if you create a new char AND start to bot again they will catch you faster.

People are thinking too much about this problem when the answer is in front of them.
