You have to remember that CyberPowerPC is charging you for labor (and slight profit on components). You will be able to have a much better desktop if you were to build one yourself. The main post of this thread has videos which are very detailed and gives even the biggest newbies the ability to build their own desktop computer. It's really much easier than it sounds.

Notes: This build is LEAPS better than the one you provided. I would recommend you start with these specifications and go from there. You will need to purchase a water cooler for the CPU (for optimal performance). Everything else should be fine. Please watch the video on the main page! The GTX 970 is approximately 53% faster than the 750Ti you wanted!*
*The GTX 750Ti averages about 50 FPS on Battlefield 4 with maximum settings. The GTX 970 averages about 75 FPS on Battlefield 4 with maximum settings.
