For being a loyal customer?! I have not, ever, used bot, even once on my accounts. I was against bots! This is totally unjustified! You have lost me as a paying customer. I was paying premium for 2 accounts (MY EK WHICH WASN'T DELETED EITHER!) AND my brother has stopped playing until this mess is sorted! He also has 2 accounts! I am EXTREMELY dissatisified with your attitude and your company.
I hope they don't check me for account sharing since the account was in registration change, if they do even, it's not a deletion

I used trading standards as a threat and i got my account back, basiclly said they stole my money without showing any evidence or proof that i was using a tool to gain advantage, furthermore i was given 30 days premium for compensation... the account was botted the shit out of since level 2

This will make deletions be a real waste of money for them, not only because you'll have everything refounded but also because they'll lose a custommer
much bullshit facts in this thread.
People who played dice/hosted a casino (manually) got deleted and later when they complained they got undeleted because cipsoft's dice bot detection tool works "too great" atm and deleting also some fair players. But this aren't ppl who botted and got undeleted. I have never heard of case of someone who cavebotted and emailed cipsoft and got undeleted (2014 or 15 cases only). If thats the case, i wanna see some facts, talking bs and claiming theories is nice but not worth anything until prooved right![]()

Don't be stupid. Don't try to pull the "I'm gonna refund my money" card on them, that will only piss them off. If you would be so stupid to go through with this they can and probably will if the feel like it to charge you for fraud and just point at their service agreement that you have automatically accepted when playing Tibia...
Here's something copied directly from their service agreement:
We are not liable for any lost profits or special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the game, including, but not limited to, loss of data, items, accounts, or characters from errors, system downtime, or adjustments of the gameplay.
And here is some copied directly from their "extended service agreement":
2. Fees for Premium Accounts
Any fees for Premium Accounts must be paid in advance. They are not refundable in whole or in part.
3. Termination of Premium Accounts
Once Premium Accounts have expired or are terminated the respective accounts are downgraded to free account status and the account holders lose all Premium Account benefits. Any fees that have not been used will not be refunded.
This I manage to pull out in a matter of minutes without even having read them in the first place. So to summarise this you wont have a chance if they decide to go far enough, and then YOU will have to pay way more than those 100 euros...
