You will need to provide me the evidence that I was botting since I can provide evidence that I have no bots on my computer.
If you do not show me evidence I will see this as an unjusitified action and I will be taking this further. It is a disgrace! All these years of playing my character and this is how I get treated?! For being a loyal customer?!
I have not, ever, used bot, even once on my accounts. I was against bots!
This is totally unjustified! You have lost me as a paying customer. I was paying premium for 2 accounts (MY EK WHICH WASN'T DELETED EITHER!) AND my brother has stopped playing until this mess is sorted! He also has 2 accounts!
I am EXTREMELY dissatisified with your attitude and your company.
