you mean communication breakdown? ok, so first ill have to ask for the first mission or i dont have to do anything? only launch the script?

I think you have to join the rathleton community or some shit before you can get points from Doubleday (the communication mission NPC). Once you get it you can get points from communication task I think (not sure though, might be able to make it without even starting shit in the rathleton community, but just to be sure join first).
