Windbot moderators

I've used some part of the layout of a thread from a moderator called Dworak on windbot forums. (which i maybe shouldn't have done, but i didn't think anyone would care about a stupid picture) So he pmed me said like wtf u crazy taking my layout and directly send me an infraction. So i removed the layout part that i copyed and after that i send a private message back to him with like "Yea ofcourse directly infract me for using some part of a fucking layout.. Who cares about a stupid layout on a bot forum? It seems that there are only polish kids moderator on this forum"

Then i recieved the banishment

Why the fuck this mod didn't he just ask me to remove the part of the layout i was using from him?

Woah, woah, not true! I am rude and disrespectful (maybe more than I should), but we try to be fair. We do take wrong moves every once in a while though, just like very other human being.

I wasn't aware of this incident until now (and probably wouldn't be, hadn't I decided to visit Xeno's forum for a change of air) so I can't really tell for sure if it was indeed a justifiable ban and explain why, specially because I have only heard one side of the story. I'll bring the topic up for the whole staff, though.

Feel free to contact our staff directly though, should you ever feel the need to.

People usually make a new account. That seems to be the logical move?

Using someone elses work I can understand leads to an infraction even upon removal instantly. The banishment is probably the combination with that and due to your ignorant reply of it I can imagine. Whether that's the way to go as a moderator or not I dont really have a say about, but I wouldn't be surprised.

i commented something on portuguese on wb few days ago, making a joke out of a video you published and i received an insta infraction + post deleted lol.

Ofcourse im sending an ingorant reply when someone is directly asking me if im crazy&infracting me because of a picture i used in a thread. Without even asking me to remove it which wouldnt be any problem.

And when i sent to him that hes a polish kid that abuses his moderator powers he bans me?
