What is a "middleman?"
A middleman will facilitate interaction between parties, typically for a commission or fee. Funds/Assets are held on behalf of the other two parties in a transaction. The funds or assets are held by the service until it receives the appropriate instructions, or until obligations have been fulfilled. All forms of assets relating to the sale/trade of Tibia goods may be held by these services.

Eligibility for request of service:
- You must meet all of the following qualifications. No exceptions!
☑ You must have private message capabilities to contact me privately.
☑ You must provide all names and contact information of those involved in the transaction via PM.
☑ You must open an account via Skrill or Western Union to transfer funds.
PayPal is not accepted unless given express permission in advance. Unverified accounts will not be accepted.
☑ You must agree to have your name(s) added to the list of clients (below).
This is a public service. You must be willing to publicly request these services and leave feedback when they have concluded.
☑ You must have at least one successful trade, 10 legitimate posts, and have been a member for at least 3 months.
- Those with a negative trade reputation are automatically exempt from requests.
How to request services:
- After you have met all of the above requirements for eligibility:
- Follow these instructions step by step:
1. Your name.
2. The name(s) of the other individuals.
3. The contact information (e.g. email, Skype) of all parties involved.
4. The hours of availability of all parties involved in the transaction.
5. Information of what is being traded and for how much.
6. Which payment method/service you will be using.

How does this service work?
The exact process of how services are rendered.
Payments made via PayPal:
- All payments made via PayPal will be exclusive to those whom maintain a pristine trade reputation.
- The following are qualifications for the use of this payment method:
- You must have three or more successful transactions within the past 30 days.
- You must have at least one sale amongst the three required transactions with the past 30 days.
- You must have two or more positive feedback posts to reference within the past 30 days.
- You must not have any negative feedback or accusations. No exceptions.
- Your trades or transactions must have been done through verified PayPal.
- This method is very exclusive and only for the trustworthy among XenoBot.
Payments made via Skrill:
- All payments made via Skrill will be accepted considering the following qualifications:
- You must have three or more successful transactions within the past 90 days.
- You must have two or more positive feedbacks to reference within the past 90 days.
- You must not have any negative feedback or accusations. No exceptions.

Payments made via Western Union:
There are multiple stages to the process:
- Approved (signified with a thumbs up):
Approved requests will be marked with a "thumbs up" symbol (seen above).
After your request is submitted, it must be approved. It will be added to the list of requests (below).
The "thumbs up" symbol will be used for approved requests.
- Pending (signified with an hour glass):
Pending requests will be marked with an hourglass (seen above): awaiting approval, completion, or both.
If you see this icon but do not see the "thumbs up" icon, it is awaiting approval.
If you see both the thumbs up and hourglass icons, this request is currently awaiting completion.
- Completed (signified with a check mark):
Completed requests will be marked with a green check (seen above).
If you see this icon, the request is completed and a position for another request has opened.
- Cancelled (signified with a red circle):
Cancelled requests will be marked with a red circle (seen above).
If you see this icon, the request has been cancelled by one or more parties.
- Warning (signified with an exclamation mark):
Alerted requests will be marked with an exclamation mark (seen above).
If you see this icon, the request is either fraudulent, incomplete, or suspicious.
These requests will usually be cancelled automatically even without request.
All parties involved will be reported to XenoBot administration.

- How long will it take to be approved?
If you have carefully followed all of the instruction above, it should take no more than 24 hours. Requests that do not follow instructions will be low-priority. - Why are you not charging commission?
This service was created with intent to help prevent scamming amongst the trading community here on XenoBot forums. Donations are welcome. - How many requests will be taken at any given time?
This service is quite exclusive. It is going to be restricted to those whom I choose are eligible. Thus, there will be a limited number of requests (e.g. 5-10 total). - How many requests can one individual make?
It will depend on how busy I am in "real life." Each person is limited to one request by default. Those with multiple trades with multiple people may need to wait. - What happens if one party does not hold up their end?
All parties will be immediately refunded and all items (or other assets) will be returned. Depending on the case, a scam report may be the next step. - What happens if we decide to cancel the transaction?
