Do you know how to read transaction records? The second one shows the reversal hasn't taken any money back from you. And I filed a refund request because my license didn't come after 30h, something that should be instantaneous. Doesn't it sound reasonable?

It doesn't matter. The payment system that was so hard to code (i.e. the one built into vBulletin) will cancel a licence as soon as a chargeback is started, because I only win less than 1% of them.
did you even try? The shitty payment system also re-activate your licence as soon as you canceled the dispute.
