How/when the ban/deletion comes?

MC are not against tibia rules. I've emailed Cip about this and there response was this. "Its not illegal as long as it doesn't modify the client." Tibia pretty much created their own mc when they introduced the flash client. And they do have ban waves but they always do deletions everyday aswell.

My technical knowledge is pretty low, so excuse me. There is an option on xenosuite to "enable multi client", if I check this option and use the MC, would it be considered as "modifying the client"?
