Its a XenoBot issue then, but if you want to sit around waiting for the corpses to become skinnable then you'll have to change that by..
1. Right-click character
2. Select Looter
3. Right-click list of items
4. Change skinning option to "on (wait)"

Hey i noticed there is no leather whip in the looter. I know this is a long shot and drops rarely but you always wonder what if....
Temporarily open the config and copy/paste this over your whitelist.
Code:Loot-WhiteList = golden helmet, sword of valor, boots of haste, leather whip
