If you order via PayPal, it takes 6 months to transfer them in-game. Why? This is the 'charge-back' period from PayPal. You will get them instantly to your account to use on yourself. A bank transfer allows instant transfer in-game but takes up to 5 days to receive the coins.

You will be able to use them in-game for purchase of services (premium, transfer, etc) but you won't be able to put them on market within first 6 months if you pay via Credit Card, Paypal or so.
If you want to be able to put them on market, buy through reseller or bank transfer. If you want the coins just to use them for services such as transfer, prem, mounts, any payment method will get your coins in-game.
It's different of the word usage "transfer into the game". The coins will either way be accessible in-game in the premium market shop. The difference is you can't put them on market for gold within 6 months if pay through some methods.
