About my personal tibia end (R.i.p.)

Hello Tibians,
Today the 01.02.2016 at around 3:30 pm, every account I once use/used got deleted.
It's like a IP-DELETION, even chars / accounts I never boted or something got deleted tho.

My brother gave me in the morning the accounts datas of his account, I loged in and straight out again.
This is also one of many accounts that deleted.

Everyone who's interested what I lost:
1 Account (Main account/not used to bot) 211 Ms / 109 EK / 60 Rp / 57 Ms with items and cash around 17kk
2 Account (Boted) had 50 days pacc left 205 ek (1,5kk cash)
and like 12 facc's (levels: 153 / 93 / 87 / 73 / 51 / 23 / 23 / 24 / 20.....)

Like I said, the main account wasn't botted or something.
the 2 account just used very hidden places and scripts of OX Scripts / Solid Scripts


I enjoyed the game pretty much, anyway there is no use to start from 0 again since everything I ever had is gone now.

Do emails work? Everytime I do I get the same email back saying the deletion was automatic and justified, and I should be assured it has nothing to do with being reported. Lol
I've never once gotten an email that was different from that :/
