350-400 EK NON-PVP paying rl cash or change for ms!

Hey looking for a 350-400 ek on non pvp server Harmonia but any others are fine but it has to be transfer ready with cheap transfer.

What I want: Ek 350-400, skills 105/105+ decent eq and some start cash but can buy naked aswell.
Need to have acces to alot of places. Wont pay extra for alt chars only pay for the EK.

Vouchers doesn't matter but also nice to have
Will be paying with RL cash if you aren't trusted then I mean like @Stusse trusted I want to use middleman.
Can also change for my 375 ms.
