Accounts will be locked after a rule violation, and must "acknowledge" the violation on their account page, if the rule violation results in a ban, the time will start AFTER you acknowledge it. There is no more 30 day ban, only 2 days or 7 days, but if you receive multiple rule violations at the same time, the bans will be applied consecutively (two 7 day bans will become a 14 day ban). Choosing to not acknowledge a violation because you feel it's unjustified is not the right approach, if such a scenario occurs, mail support@tibia.com. Other players can not see your conduct level.
