Maybe you werent serious but the OP is. Hes clearly looking for motivation and advice because its a change in his life that he is trying to make. If you weren't serious and just talking out ur ass why even post in a thread like this? Isn't rly a place to troll imo.
You have to eat enough proteins and carbo, not everything which you can find in your fridge :p bodybuilders diet is very hard, but very healthy, you have to eat fresh meat, fishes, cottage cheese, vegetables, fruits and pasta or rice.
